Overview

SOSi is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team and support our government customer in the Washington, DC metro area. In this role, the candidate will provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff for the customer cybersecurity organization. You will be a key part of the Program Management Office team.


Essential Job Duties

  • Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff.
  • Provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues.
  • Consult with client to define need or problem supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Master’s degree in management or related field.
  • Minimum ten (10) years’ experience providing oversight and executive level management to multiple programs/projects and experience managing relationships with senior level management within the client organization.
  • Current PMP.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer interface skills.
  • Thorough understanding of AGILE methodologies.
  • Proven experience managing technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant Agile Program Management certification.

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable)
