C4OPS SME
**This position is contingent upon contract award**
SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a highly qualified C4OPS SME to join a program providing critical network operations and maintenance services for our government customer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I) IT systems and services.
Essential Job Duties
- Perform C4OPS planning and policy.
- Demonstrate Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in extensive cross-functional knowledge of the interoperability and interdependency of systems, networks, and cybersecurity required to deliver the capability.
- Assist supported organizations to articulate their requirements and recommends C4OPS priorities for battle command/senior leaders.
- Develops the organizational messaging strategy for engaging the entire customer base.
- Develop SLAs/MOAs to support above baseline requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Active in scope DoD Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related discipline.
- 10 or more years in the field or related area; at least three (3) years of experience working in South Korea.
- CCNA Security, CASP, CISSP, DoDM 8140.03 IAT Level II / IAM Level I or IASAE Level I certification.

- May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable).
