Program Manager (OCONUS)

SOSi is seeking a Program Manager to provide oversight of on-site operations and provides financial resources, and act as the single point of contact with the Government, as required to meet the overall requirements of the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Contract.
Essential Job Duties
- Manage the overall public works performance of a multinational workforce.
- Serve as primary interface with the customer.
- Lead monthly performance reviews both internally and with the customer.
- Effectively manage the financial goals of the contract and the company.
- Have experience managing the following public works functions:
- Prime power production
- Water plant operations
- Wastewater plant operations and disposal
- Facilities and infrastructure maintenance
- Fire Alarm and Suppression System Maintenance
- Physical Security Equipment and Infrastructure Maintenance
- Engineering design
- Minor construction
- Grounds maintenance
- Warehousing and inventory management
Minimum Requirements
- Active in Scope Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering/construction/facilities/contracts or related field with equivalent school’s training/certifications.
- Certificate from either IFMA as a CFM, BOMI International as a FMC, or Association for Facilities Engineers (AFE) as a CPMM.
- 15 years of experience at the PM or Deputy PM level in related O&M support services and/or facilities management.
- 5 years’ experience in providing O&M support services to large facilities or operations (greater than $10 Million annual operations).
Work Environment
- Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
- Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
- Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
