Transition Manager

SOSi International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Transition Manager to support the mobilization on a services contract in Doha, Qatar.
Essential Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of mobilization and transition onto to the contract.
- Manage transition activities in accordance with the programs transition plan.
- Track critical resources and functions and recommend priorities.
- Coordinate activities across the corporate and program management office staff in support of the mission.
- Communicate significant activities, issues, and new requirements to management.
- Track transition progress.
- Coordinate with SOSi, USG, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and contract deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree. Associate’s degree diploma and 10 years of experience may be substituted.
- 8 years of experience providing program operations support with 2 years of experience supporting a U.S. Government customer overseas.
- Experience transitioning overseas programs.
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Proficient written and verbal communicator.
- Familiarity with the Maximo asset management system.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Work Environment
- Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
- Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
- Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
