SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a highly qualified Quality Control Manager to join a program that provides critical network operations and maintenance services for our government customer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I) IT systems and services.


Essential Job Duties

  • Experience in conducting regular quality control meetings with functional managers.
  • Performs quality control review of contract deliverables, standard operating procedures, and other documentation.
  • Shall be adept at planning and developing standards, procedures, and best practices for ensuring product, work performance, and customer engagement quality.
  • Shall have a strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, process development, and statistical methods.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Active in scope DoD Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in the field or related area; at least three (3) years of experience working in South Korea.
  • CompTIA Security+, CompTIA A+, ISO 9001, ISO 19011 certifications.

Work Environment

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable).
