SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an Operations Specialist to provide support for a services contract in Doha, Qatar.


Essential Job Duties

  • Assist the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager in managing day to day operations on the program.
  • Track critical resources and functions and recommend priorities.
  • Coordinate activities across the program management office staff in support of the mission.
  • Communicate significant activities, issues, and new requirements to management and functional supervisors.
  • Track operational and performance trends.
  • Prepare reports and contract deliverables.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree. Associate’s degree diploma and 10 years of experience may be substituted.
  • 8 years of experience providing program operations support with 2 years of experience supporting a U.S. Government customer overseas.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proficient written and verbal communicator.
  • Familiarity with the Maximo asset management system.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.

Work Environment

  • Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
  • Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
  • Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
