SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to provide support for an O&M contract in Doha, Qatar.


Essential Job Duties

  • Manage procurement and purchasing functions for the program.
  • Manage subcontracts supporting the program.
  • Ensure critical services, parts, supplies, materials, and equipment are available to support the program.
  • Utilize government compliant procurement procedures and best industry practices for purchasing actions.
  • Manage vendor service agreements, purchase orders, and BPAs.
  • Maintain robust supply chain across all classes of supply.
  • Supervise local buyers.
  • Interface with corporate procurement department for support and guidance.
  • Prepare reports and contract deliverables.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree. Associate’s degree and 10 years of experience may be substituted.
  • 8 years of experience providing procurement support with 2 years of experience supporting a U.S. Government customer overseas.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proficient written and verbal communicator.
  • Familiarity with Costpoint procurement functions.
  • Familiarity with the Maximo asset management system.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.

Work Environment

  • Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
  • Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
  • Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
