SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a highly qualified Service Delivery Manager to join a program providing critical network operations and maintenance services for our government customer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I) IT systems and services.


Essential Job Duties

  • Responsible for ensuring the timely process through which problems are controlled, including problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up steps.
  • Requires experience and understanding of MIS environment.
  • Ability to resolve complex problems immediately, while more complex problems are assigned to second level support or supervisor.
  • Ability to utilize problem management database and help desk system.
  • Provide guidance/training for less experienced personnel.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Active DoD Secret clearance
  • BA/BS Degree in information technology or related discipline.
  • Twelve (12) or more years in the field or related area; at least three (3) years of experience working in South Korea.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree with eight (8) years of experience.

Work Environment

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable).
