Program Manager
**This position is contingent upon contract award**
SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to lead a program providing critical network operations and maintenance services for our government customer. Shall be responsible for the overall contract performance The ideal candidate will have proven experience running programs supporting Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I) IT systems and services.
Essential Job Duties
- Oversees all aspects of the contract management including operational planning and execution, contract changes, budgetary and strategic authority, fiscal, administrative, and human resources management of the program.
- Responsible for day-to-day coordination of project activities with the customer, providing technical and professional guidance to the customer and the team, and acting as the principal point of contact on SOSi’s behalf to the government.
- Manage contract and projects in compliance with customer plans and strategic briefs in relation to one or multiple projects, ranging from very low complexity to very high complexity.
- Directly responsible for scheduling, tracking, risk analysis, cost management, variances, change management, evaluating and controlling projects supporting this contract alongside the respective area managers/leads.
- Meet weekly with the government customer to keep them apprised of personnel status, project status, and other updates to the contract administration.
- Liaison with external stakeholders on operational matters.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- BA/BS Degree in information technology or related discipline
- Ten (10) or more years of experience managing DoD and IT related O&M support. 3-4 years of
experience working in South Korea. - PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience working in South Korea is preferred

- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable)
